It is with great pleasure that we announce a series of practical activities that will be held during the upcoming academic year at the Faculty of Business and Law of the "Privredna akademija" University in Brčko District BiH. Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality education through practical examples and simulations of real legal situations.

Moot Court

Within the Civil Procedural Law course, we will organize a moot court with a focus on a divorce case. This activity will allow you to gain valuable experience in conducting court proceedings and applying theoretical knowledge in practice.

Hostage Crisis Simulation

With the support of the Brčko District Police, we will conduct a hostage crisis simulation. During this activity, we will work on documenting the criminal offense of kidnapping and extortion. This simulation will provide you with insight into the complexity and dynamics of field work, as well as the role of legal experts in resolving crisis situations.

Practical Examples of Criminal Offenses

In addition to the above, we will also work on practical examples of criminal offenses, including aggravated murder. These activities will allow you to familiarize yourself with all aspects of criminal proceedings, from investigation to trial.
